
Fatulli's Gourmet
Bakery and Deli has been owned and operated by Janet Fatulli
since Easter of 1998.
Janet
is a 1996 graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence,
Rhode Island. After graduating from the Pastry Arts program,
she held the position of Assistant Pastry Chef at The Market
on the Boulevard in Newport, Rhode Island. After being promoted
to Head Pastry Chef, she left in March of 1998 to open Fatulli's.
Employed by Fatulli's
are 1994 Johnson and Wales graduate Selena Lavoie and Melanie
Disano who graduated from Rogers High School in Newport, Rhode
Island where she excelled in the Vocational Culinary Programs.
